T3 offers a program developed for personal trainers and fitness gym. The program is designed for personal trainers who wish to offer simple self-defense techniques combined with fitness to individual or group classes to teach OPFIT Self-Defense.
T3 team members are known to be the best worldwide Krav Maga instructors. T3 OPFIT Self-Defense was created in collaboration with fitness specialists and Krav Maga instructors to offer the opportunity for personal trainers to teach the program as well as self-defense techniques.
